What you’ll do
- You’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the future of Chiyo — our personalized Nutrition Hub and the engine that fuels our operations.
- As the founding PM, you’ll work directly with Chiyo’s CEO and Founding Engineer. You’ll also work closely with Design, Customer Insights & Experience, Marketing and Ops.
- You'll communicate effectively with XFN stakeholders and guide the prioritization of work and help make resourcing and prioritization tradeoffs in service of our customers’ and our company’s goals
- You’ll conduct both primary and secondary research including talking to customers and hosting focus groups.
- You’ll take the first crack at product marketing and work closely with our marketing team to refine.
- You’ll measure success of each launch and keep an ongoing pulse on key metrics to continually iterate.
What you bring to the table
- 5+ years of product management experience with early stage startup experience, ideally in either consumer tech or digital health.
- You have experience with both building user facing products, and building products that involve working in depth with data, bringing simplicity to a complex problem.
- You have an interest in AI and incorporating other pioneering technology to scale more quickly and efficiently + familiarity with eComm metrics and subscription/membership business models.
- You have experience using quantitative (e.g., metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (e.g., research, user feedback) to inform product prioritization and decision-making.
- You have a track record of launching high quality products with technical components that meaningfully impact company outcomes.
- You are an excellent communicator that can bring clarity to XFN stakeholders and prioritize tradeoffs.
